TERMS & CONDITIONS

It is your responsibility to read & understand the terms & conditions set forth prior to creating any booking/appointment with Madame's.

Madame's Adult Entertainment shall also be referred to as “Madame's” and customer shall be referred to as “Guest” herein.

REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS & LIABILITY
All purchases are non-refundable but rather, amounts paid to Madame's will be available as credit or gift voucher for the full amount for future use for up to 1 year from original booking date.  Any cancellations for private bookings must be made at least 1.5 hours prior to booking time, otherwise Guest forfeits their payment to Madame's without any amounts being credited to any future service provided by Madame's; valid for up to 1 year of booking date.
We pay our staff in advance for their time & any future loss of income if the booking is cancelled by the guest.
Duration of booking begins on staff arrival. Any tips or amounts paid to staff during or after bookings or events are non refundable or available towards credit. Madame's is not liable for Guest's loss or damage of property.

PHOTOS & RECORDING
Madame's and Male staff hold the right to refuse being photographed or recorded. It is left to the discretion of the performer/s.
Under no circumstances may the Female performer/s be photographed or recorded.

COMPENSATION
As full compensation for all services provided, Madame's shall be paid at the rate of or amount quoted, invoiced or otherwise. All charges, costs invoiced or otherwise by Madame's must be paid or compensated in the forms Madame's indicates on invoice or otherwise. Please note; payments not paid by invoice due date will incur late payment penalties and will be invoiced to Guest. Charges may increase with every late notice notice to Guest.

CHARGES
It is the Guest's responsibility to set limits on charges arising from services & bookings. Madame's is not liable for any costs or expenses incurred by the Guest(s) during the course of or related to bookings, services and appointments. In the event of cancellation of bookings or services scheduled by Guest, Guest shall be responsible for the cost of services if cancellation occurs within 1.5 hours of the scheduled booking or service. All amounts paid are non-refundable and shall be credited for future use provided that cancellation of booking or service was made at least 1.5 hours prior to appointment/booking. Guest shall be responsible for any loss or damage to Madame's property as a result of misuse, negligence, carelessness or otherwise.

BOOKING & ENTERTAINMENT PREFERENCES
To maximize chance of entertainer preference, it is the guests responsibility to ensure booking is made in advance to increase the chance of availability. However preferred entertainer, outfit/show & theme is not guaranteed & may be subject to change depending on availability. This is left to the discretion of Madame's Entertainment as entertainer provided, shows & performances may vary slightly but are of the same value.
Upon paying for our services you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

LIABILITY
Guest on premises agrees to comply with the venue OH&S guidelines. At all times Madame's does not cover or is liable or for death, any self-inflicted injuries, or injuries caused as the result of any accident (acts of God included), acts of violence or illegal activity. Madame's is not responsible or liable for Guest actions towards members of the public, private or to themselves. Guests involved or commit any dangerous or unlawful deed(s) bear full responsibility for their own actions. Photos & videos are allowed; but it is up to your performer. You'll need to ask them first before getting any full frontal nudity. By making payment and/or entering the venue, Employees of Madame's & Guest legally and otherwise affirm they are 18+ years of age and consent to being photographed, filmed or otherwise recorded by the Madame's & Venue or any of their affiliates, and also gives permission to put or use the photographs, films, to any legitimate uses it may seem proper; Guest & staff does relinquish and give to Madame's right, title and interest in the finished pictures, negative, reproductions and copies of the original prints and negatives, and further grant Madame's right to exhibit the negatives, original prints or copies and facsimiles thereof to any individual, business firm, or publication or to any of this assignees and the circulate the same for any and all purposes and in any manner, including publications and advertisements or all kinds in the media. Guest & staff further agrees and acknowledges that they have not, and will not claim to have, either under this agreement or otherwise, copyright, title, or interest of any kind or nature whatsoever, in and to any program of films or videotapes taken by which guest, appears. Guest releases the Madame's, their associates, successors and assignees, from any and all claims for damages for libel, slander, invasion or the right of privacy, or any claim based on the use of said material. This release is made on behalf of guest and their heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, and is to be governed by, but not limited to the laws of the Australia. Madame's reserves the right to manipulate and adjust fundamental qualities and elements to suit commercial requirement.

COVID-19
It is the Guest's responsibility to abide by COVID-19 restrictions & limits set in place by the Government of Australia, set limits to guest participation & attendance within those laws & restrictions. Madame's is not liable for guest attendance or any breaches of COVID-19 restrictions/guidelines.

GIFT CARDS
Gift cards are redeemable by the bearer for services available at www.madames.com.au. Gift cards are not available to be refunded or redeemed for cash.
​Gift cards must be used within 3 years from date of purchase. Amounts are used as credit ($AUD) towards services.

EMPLOYMENT
By submitting an online application, you give us permission to use your images.

COMPETITION, PRIZES & GIVEAWAYS CONDITIONS
Competition, giveaways and prize events will be filmed and photographed for promotional purposes. Accepting the giveaway prize, you agree and affirm you are 18+ years of age and consent to being photographed, filmed or otherwise recorded by the Madame's and their affiliates, and also gives permission to put or use the photographs, films, for promotional purposes. To accept any prize, it is a condition that you agree to the terms & conditions. Prizes & giveaways are not redeemable for any other service, gift cards or cash. Prizes & giveaway becomes void & invalid should you not accept the terms & conditions.
